Your account

Give accurate details and keep them current. You’re responsible for activity under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for colleagues you invite into your workspace. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 18.

Plans, billing and cancelling

Full helper is A$297 a year, billed annually in advance. Prices are in Australian dollars with any applicable GST shown at checkout. Our payment provider handles payment, and we never see or store your card details.

Plans renew automatically unless you cancel before the term ends, and we email you ahead of each renewal. If we change prices, the change applies at your next renewal, never mid-term, with reasonable notice first.

Cancel any time in your settings; access runs to the end of the paid term and you can export your work before it ends. If you think you’re owed a refund, contact us. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

What GrantOps does, and doesn’t

GrantOps helps you find Australian grants you may be eligible for, draft applications from your own material, and manage them to their deadlines.

This part matters most. GrantOps:

• ·does not guarantee funding. A match score estimates fit. It is not an eligibility determination and predicts nothing;
• ·does not assess or decide applications. Funders do that, on their own criteria;
• ·does not submit anything for you. You lodge your own application through the funder’s process; and
• ·is not professional advice. Nothing here is legal, financial or tax advice. Confirm eligibility for programs like the R&D Tax Incentive with a qualified adviser.

AI drafting

AI output is a draft. It will sometimes be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You review and approve every line, and you are responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit to a funder, including text GrantOps helped you write.

Making a false or misleading statement to a government funder can carry serious consequences. Check your figures and claims.

Grant information

We ingest listings from official sources first, then curated and licensed ones. Every record shows its source, a confidence score and when we last verified it.

Programs still change, close early and get amended without notice, and our coverage isn’t complete. Always confirm details against the funder’s own guidelines before relying on them.

Content and IP

You keep ownership of everything you upload and every application you write. You give us a licence to host, process and display it solely to run the service for you, including sending it to our AI provider to generate your drafts. We don’t use your content for other customers, and we require our providers not to train general-purpose models on it.

The GrantOps software, design system, taxonomy and match scoring remain ours. Your subscription is a licence to use the service, not a transfer of it.

Acceptable use

• ·Don’t scrape, bulk-export, resell or republish our grant database, or use it to build a competing directory or tool.
• ·Don’t circumvent rate limits, security or access controls, or use the service outside the interfaces we provide.
• ·Don’t share one account across organisations, or resell access.
• ·Don’t use GrantOps to prepare an application you know to be false or misleading.

We hold ourselves to the same standard on other people’s data, and we expect it in return.

Liability, termination and law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies them. Beyond those, and to the extent the law allows, we limit our liability and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, in particular for a grant or funding you did not receive.

We aim to keep GrantOps available but don’t promise uninterrupted service, and deadline reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms; you may close yours at any time. We may update these terms, and will email you before material changes take effect.
